About Me
I'm Harry, a product designer based in London. There's always a reason something works or doesn't, and finding it is the part I never get tired of. I've always asked "why" and "how" — and what I love most about design is that it rewards exactly that instinct.
Studying Firm Strategy and Competition at the Norwegian School of Economics taught me to think about design decisions the way a strategist thinks about market moves — how does this change behaviour, how does it affect outcomes, what happens if the assumptions change? An MSc in HCI Design followed, as I graduated from City St George's, University of London, with distinction. Different lens, but they sit together naturally.
That combination shows up in how I approach problems. I'm asking whether it drives the outcome that is actually needed. On the NHM project, that meant designing not just for engagement but for the kind of engagement that turns a passive visitor into someone who stays longer, interacts more, and comes back. The testing showed that shift. That's the version of design I'm interested in.
